PROPERTY CARE SERVICES

	We make monthly check visits to the property, and give you feedback by e-mail
	We do property checks, before tenant occupation, and/or after tenant vacating; we will make a property inventory, and make estimates for carrying out repairs/maintenance works to bring the property up to standard, if needed.
	We collect the rent cheque every month from the tenant, and pay it into your designated bank account
	We pay your utility bills (phone/electricity/Metrowater) and property tax bills. For flats lying locked up, we arrange to open it before your arrival, arrange cleaning, stock provisions, ensure water supply, etc. so that the flat is ready for your use on arrival
	We can arrange either for a night watchman, or, round-the clock security, with trained guards from a reputed security agency
