FEE STRUCTURE


We will provide a quote for each service; this is necessary, in view of the wide range services offered and the variety of individual requirements.

We also offer "one-shot" services (for a single occasion) if you don't want to became annual member. Please contact us with your specific requirements, we will give you quote.


MODE OF OPERATION

Please indicate your specific requirements, using the on-line enquiry form..
We will give a quote by e-mail immediately, along with our contract form.
After getting your approval, along with contract form and payment, we will commence our services.

Our services are presently restricted geographically to the city of Chennai and suburbs
Payments can be made by wire transfer to our bankers, or, by bank drafts mailed to us at Chennai. Our quote will have all the bank details.

Our services can also be accessed by mail or fax to our Chennai office.

Where recurring payments are to be made on your behalf (e.g. phone bills, electricity bills, house taxes, etc.) we suggest that a revolving account be maintained with us. We will give you a statement of account every month.
We will remind you well in time so that you can replenish the account.


Since the bulk of our communication will be over e-mail, it will be necessary for you, as a member, to have a working e-mail address where you can be contacted, and preferably a fax number also. In the case of Care Plus Services, it will be necessary for the beneficiary in Chennai to have a telephone.
